It is very bright and airy, with a large private yard for sun bathing, picnics or cocktails. Polpis harbor is directly across the street, and is a delightful place to walk or enjoy the sunset. Nearest beaches for swimming are less than two miles away at either Pocomo Point or Quidnet. The town of "Sconset is 4 miles away and Nantucket is 6 miles, with bicycle paths to both. Great Point is just up the road, with its miles of beach for fishing and swimming. And there's also a Shuttle Bus Stop nearby.
